Booking inquiries
The booking form collects the contact and event information you choose to provide. This information is used to respond to your inquiry and discuss your event. Please do not include sensitive personal information.
Site services
Media credit and rights forms collect your contact details, the selected photo or video, proposed credit, capture information and your message. We use these to review attribution, licensing, payment and removal requests. Your reply email, message and evidence link remain private to authorized staff and our service providers. Proposed credit and capture details are published only after review and your permission.
Booking information is stored through the site’s hosting and database services. Access to the management area requires an authorized account. Operational services may process technical information needed to deliver and protect the website.
Lovable and Supabase provide hosting, database, file storage and staff authentication. A booking or media-rights notification containing your inquiry is sent to the band's configured private inbox through Lovable's email service. The form is not a newsletter subscription.
Fan media submissions
Fan photos and clips are stored privately through Supabase until staff reviews them. Your reply email, acceptance name, permission receipt and original recording stay private. If selected, edited media, event details and your chosen public signature may appear on the site. Submission does not subscribe you to a mailing list. Keep your private receipt link secure; anyone with it can view the limited review status.
You may submit a supported media link instead of a file. The link and permission receipt stay in the private review queue; the site does not automatically download or embed it. Staff may open it on the provider’s website to review it. Public credit is an optional name, without a contributor link. Video trimming and compression run locally in your browser; only the prepared clip and review preview are uploaded when you send the form. Your source file stays on your device.
Optional AI review sends a resized photograph or one silent video frame to OpenAI for visual suggestions. Your form details and original recording are not sent to that service. Declining AI review leaves your submission available for staff review. Staff checks facts and permissions before publication; automated suggestions do not determine ownership or clear music or other people's rights.
Unselected recordings and incomplete uploads are reviewed for removal by staff. Permission receipts are kept while needed to document authorized use. Use the contact form with your receipt reference for access, correction or to raise a concern about a published recording. The band reviews removal requests, but previously published copies, partner distributions and external caches may remain.
Retention and security
Inquiry records and internal correspondence notes are kept while the band handles your request and related event arrangements. Closed inquiries with no activity for more than 24 months enter a staff review queue; this is a review period, not an automatic deletion promise. Authorized owners can export or delete inquiry records.
To limit spam, the server temporarily stores keyed hashes of email addresses and, when available, network addresses. These rate-limit records are removed after two days by the notification worker. Staff sign-in stores the authentication session in the staff member's browser; fans do not need an account.
Traffic and activity
Lovable's hosting analytics provide traffic and page-performance information. Booking form values are excluded from the website's custom analytics and general application logs.
Photos, video and external links
The site counts actions such as playing the showreel, opening ticket links and downloading press materials. These counts do not include form contents or a visitor identifier and do not use cross-session tracking cookies.
Video thumbnails may load from Vimeo or YouTube before playback, which sends the image provider your network address and browser request information. Video players load when you choose to watch. The player provider may process information according to its own privacy policy. Ticket, map and social links take you to other providers with their own policies.
